If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, fax or contact form, your request including all personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. Personal data will also be transmitted to HubSpot (see No. 10) within the framework of an order processing contract pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO within the scope of contacting us via the contact form (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

c) Newsletter / Blog

We offer on our site the possibility to subscribe to our blog. This is done by entering your e-mail address and the confirmation afterwards (double-opt-in). Your e-mail address will be transmitted to the newsletter provider Sendinblue (see no. 10) within the framework of a contract processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO and will be processed there. 11. External Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider on servers in Germany (Hoster).Hoster is Raidboxes. Personal Data collected on our website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, web page accesses and other data generated by a website.

The host is used on the basis of an order processing contract and serves the purpose of initiating or fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and is provided by a professional provider (Art.6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) in the interest of providing our online services securely, quickly and efficiently.

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent that this is necessary to fulfil its performance obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

12. Our Social-Media-Auftritte

a) Data processing through social networks

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The social networks we use in detail can be found below. Social networks such as Facebook, Google+ etc. can usually analyze your user behavior comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media sites triggers numerous processing processes relevant to data protection. In detail:

If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal.

In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your terminal device or by recording your IP address.

With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. Our social media sites are intended to ensure the widest possible presence on the Internet, which is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on deviating Legal basis to be provided by the operators of social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

c) Person responsible and assertion of rights

If you visit one of our social media sites (e.g. Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing processes triggered during this visit. You can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transferability and complaint) both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g. against Facebook).

The data collected directly by us via the social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies, you request us to delete, your consent to storage revoke or the purpose for data storage no longer applies.
